VIOLATIONS

Furniture and Rest Equipment 3270.104(a) Furniture is not durable, safe, easily cleaned and appropriate for the child's size, age and special needs.     Observed stools used to elevate child to handwashing sinks with sharp edges. Health and Safety 3270.65 Electrical outlet covers are not provided.     Observed uncovered outlets in two rooms. Corrected on Site: Outlet covers were provided upon request. Water 3270.69(b) Hot water temperature, in areas accessible to children, exceeds 110 degree F.     Observed multiple sinks in facility exceeding 110F. Health and Safety 3270.71 Hot water pipes and other sources of heat exceeding 110 degrees F are accessible to children.     Multiple handwash sinks not meeting minimum requirement of 100F.; Repeat violation First-Aid Kit 3270.75(c) A first-aid kit does not contain at least the following: soap, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, tweezers, tape, scissors and disposable, nonporous gloves.     Observed no water inside of first aid kit in room 8. Corrected on Site: Water was added upon request.

This inspection has revealed that the establishment is not in satisfactory compliance and that current management practices have allowed unacceptable public health conditions. Corrective action is required to eliminate these violations. Compliance status will be assessed upon reinspection.
