| Two sinks in the "Gateway classroom" (one child sink, one adult sink) observed with hot water of 141 F instead of between 100-110 F. *The Sanitarian instructed the PIC to place both sinks out of order and turn off shutoff valves. PIC instructed to have staff use sink in the rear of the classroom and children to use hand wash sink in the children's restroom only where water temperature is in appropriate range. | |
