- Observed mouse droppings on the steps to the changing table and on the floor behind the the steps in one of the children rooms.
- Observed mouse droppings on the lower shelf of the children cubby where shoes are normally stored outside between the 2 classrooms on the left side of the facility.; Repeat violation
