3270.21 Conditions at the facility pose a threat to the health and safety of the children.
    - Observed mouse droppings around the floor perimeter in all of the class rooms. - Observed mouse droppings on the lower shelf and on top of the blue pulling cart in OT 1 room. - Observed mouse droppings on the steps to the changing table and on the floor behind the the steps in one of the children rooms. - Observed mouse droppings on the lower shelf of the children cubby where shoes are normally stored outside between the 2 classrooms on the left side of the facility.; Repeat violation
