    Mouse droppings observed: in the PHL 2 classroom on the floor, in pre-k classroom in the closet, and in the kitchen under the 3 bay sink.

    - Cracked ceiling observed in the children restroom second floor. - Peeling paint observed on the walls in the kitchen area (near sinks)
