| Hands cannot be properly washed at handwash sinks children's restroom areas due to lack of hot water, which was measured at 93 degrees Fahrenheit. Corrective action : Person in charge adjusted thermostat for basement area tankless hot water heater tank; Increased the temperature and restored hot water to facility's handwash sinks, which was measured at 101 degrees Fahrenheit prior to completion of inspection. * Hot water temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit is required at all handwash sinks. ***Corrected On-Site.*** | |
