Interior Structure - General
PM-305.1 The interior of a structure and equipment therein shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and in a sanitary condition.
    Observed broken glass in the shower area in Guest Restroom #1 containing the handicap stall.
Light - Other Spaces
PM-402.3 All other spaces shall be provided with natural or artificial light sufficient to permit the maintenance and utilization of the appliances, equipment and fixtures.
    Observed Guest Restroom #2 with the lights out due to broken motion sensor.
Ventilation - Bathrooms and Toilet Rooms
PM-403.2 Every bathroom and toilet room shall comply with the ventilation requirements for habitable spaces as required by Section PM-403.
    Observed an accumulation of static dust on the vents in the restroom areas.
Infestation
PM303.4 All structures shall be maintained free of infestation by insects, rodents, vermin or other pests.

This inspection has revealed that the establishment is not in satisfactory compliance and that current management practices have allowed unacceptable public health conditions. Corrective action is required to eliminate these violations. Compliance status will be assessed upon reinspection.
