General Comments: No Environmental Engineering Violations observed at time of inspection                                                                                                                                                                         An inspection of all areas of the facility associated with this environmental assessment was conducted and no violations were observed at the time of the inspection.

This inspection has revealed that the establishment is not in satisfactory compliance and that current management practices have allowed unacceptable public health conditions. Corrective action is required to eliminate these violations. Compliance status will be assessed upon reinspection.
