-Rodent droppings observed on the floor perimeters in classrooms closets and the basement in the rooms near the hot water heater.
-Dust and debris on the floor perimeters in the basement areas near the hot water heater and basement classroom closets.
-Black residue and dust and debris on the second floor Black classroom wall and floor perimeters in the corner below the heater.
-Terro ant bait observed in a classroom closet. This area was cleaned during the inspection.
-Open poison blocks observed on the floor in the room near the hot water heater.
