3270.152 A facility person shall wash his hands before meals and snacks, after toileting and after diapering a child.
    Hot water does not reach peak demand at handwashing sink in Infant Classroom. Hot water observed at a temperature of 80 degrees F and below.; Repeat violation
Sanitation
3270.67(c) Evidence of infestation of insects or rodents in the facility is not permitted.
    Visible physical evidence of rodent activity (mouse feces) observed on lower interior surfaces of handwashing sink's cabinetry unit in the food prep area and around perimeters of floor under shelving unit in food prep area.; Repeat violation

This inspection has revealed that the establishment is not in satisfactory compliance and that current management practices have allowed unacceptable public health conditions. Corrective action is required to eliminate these violations. Compliance status will be assessed upon reinspection.
