| The following were observed: -Visible physical evidence of rodent activity (mouse feces) on lower interior surfaces of cabinetry unit in Health Center 2 Bucks County kitchenette area -Milk observed with "Sell By" date 6/9/22 in under-the-counter refrigeration unit in Health Center 2 Bucks County kitchenette area **PIC took corrective action and discarded milk during time of inspection.
