The following were observed:
-Light debris around perimeters of floors in Unit A, B, and C
-Grease accumulation behind cooking equipment in Unit B
-Food dispensing utensil in the reach-in refrigeration unit in Unit B stored in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food
**PIC was instructed to discard salad and properly wash, rinse, and sanitize food contact surfaces of serving utensil. (COS)
-Shelving units in service pantries Unit A, B, and C have an accumulation of food debris and static dust
**PIC was instructed to properly wash, rinse, and sanitize exterior surfaces of shelving units during time of inspection. (COS)
